This policy describes what information we collect when you sign up for a Wednesday Adoration hour, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your choices.
Information we collect
When you reserve an hour or join the substitute list, we ask for:
- Your name (first and last)
- Email address
- Phone number (required when reserving a slot; optional when joining the substitute list)
- The Wednesday date(s) and hour(s) you select
How we use your information
We use this information only to run the adoration signup process:
- Confirm your reservation by email
- Send reminder emails before the Wednesday you signed up for
- Contact you if an opening arises and you have asked to be on the substitute list
- Manage the schedule internally so each hour is covered
How long we keep your information
Signup records are kept only until the Wednesday event has passed, then they are removed from our system. If you join the substitute list, your contact information is kept only as long as you remain on the list. You may request deletion at any time using the contact information below.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Only essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in (for admin users) or to maintain basic session state are used.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. Your information is stored in our backend database and processed through our email service only to send confirmation, reminder, and substitute-list messages. Access is limited to the ministry coordinators who manage the adoration schedule.
Your choices
You can cancel a reserved hour at any time using the "Cancel my signup" link in your confirmation or reminder email. If you want to remove your information from the substitute list or ask questions about your data, email us at the address below.

Platform and shared responsibility
This site is built and hosted on the Lovable platform. Lovable provides the underlying hosting, database, and email infrastructure; St. Patrick's Wednesday Adoration is responsible for the data we collect, how we use it, and how we respond to your requests. Platform security features are described as enabled capabilities, not as guarantees or certifications.
